Welcome! I am so glad you’re here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide therapy for women. I love working with all women, but I specialize in perinatal mental health concerns (pregnancy and postpartum). It takes courage and vulnerability to ask for help as an expectant and new mother.

1 in 5 women experience a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder during pregnancy or postpartum. Being pregnant can bring about many new emotions and decisions. Some of these emotions may include fear of miscarriage, medical results, body image concerns, and unwanted advice surrounding childbirth and childbearing. During the postpartum period women with a new baby may experience grief over a loss of self, pressure to live up to the “perfect mother” standards, scary thoughts or have trouble connecting with their baby. Know that you are not alone in these feelings. Perinatal Mental Health concerns are highly treatable.

I use evidence based therapy techniques to help decrease your anxiety and depression symptoms. We will work collaboratively to increase your support, implement real methods to handle stress and increase your sense of self. I am here to hold space for your most intense thoughts and feelings. You will feel like yourself again!

You don't have to figure it out on your own.

Let’s talk about how I can help…
