Welcome! I am so glad you are thinking about reaching out! Below you will find steps to get started with me.
STEP ONE
We will have a 15 minute phone consultation to review fees, questions about insurance, appointment availability, and office policies. If you’d like to move forward we will then schedule the intake session. Please email me to set-up your phone consult.
STEP TWO
After completing the phone consult, I will send you consent forms and the intake paperwork to complete prior to the intake session. We will then complete our 60-90 minute intake session to get a holistic picture of you and your needs! We then review completed paperwork in session to answer any questions you may have.
STEP THREE
Step three consists of our regular therapy sessions. These appointments are usually around 55 minutes long.
